Tip of the day: You can safely take up to 800 mg of ibuprofen in one dose. Also, you can either get it all in one pill, or do like I do to knock out migraines: enteric coated aspirin (usually a total of 500 mg), acetaminophen/paracetamol (Tylenol, 500 - 1,000 mg), and some form of caffeine. I personally prefer dark roast coffee, but a black tea like Earl Grey would probably be sufficient. Good over-the-counter knockout for most migraines. Also, to those of you who suffer from... "moonsickness"... take the supplement CoQ10 to help with those nasty hormonal shift migraine-tier headaches in addition to the migraine relief. Also, drink lots of liquid, and something carb-rich.
