I guess this is a little fan-mod based on Joel's memes and streams. I made this while watching They Hunger and it took a lot of trial and error (even though it looks terrible).
Obviously you could do a lot more with this. There's a lot of SCPs to turn into Joel memes, and the sounds are just as easy to mess with too - I've already made something funny with sound editing. A link showing it should be available by the time anyone reads this.
