I had this in preparation since before The Game Awards 2019, but the circumstances I expected to happen (a jokey top 10 SSBU newcomers list, and one of them being revealed during the ceremony) never came to fruition, so I had to wait a while before I could have this see proper use; But then I heard your story about Vice City, with the secret helicopter… Luckily, both the outcome of that, and say, Dark Luigi, matched up perfectly. That "Godmode Activated" part took quite a while to complete.
