Yes, the comic will be following the canon storyline – the only difference is that instead of our boy Joel being just a disembodied voice, he is literally right there in the story as it happens.
There might be some elements added, but generally – the main story is the same. As the story so far has been nothing but that added flavor, it won’t diverge as much in the future. It’s a setup, ok?
Last but not least, the question about potential physical copies:
That's not up to me, this is a fanwork created as appreciation for our dear favorite Swede. I’m not opposed to the idea at all, and I do have means of... making it a reality – but it all comes down to the original creator of the ip. That’s you, Joel. Also I’m like one person, so this will be far into the future when Vol. 1 is finished. Just for reference; we are soon rounding up chapter 1. Vol. 1 is supposed to cover the entire 1st season of memehouse.
Also this has become a passion-project. This is just something I enjoy doing, and no I know, I’m not the best writer... or illustrator for that matter. I just wanna make shit, man.
