I know this isn't the album "World Leader Pretend" was on, but I've been on a bit of an R.E.M. kick lately and hearing Vinny play that song during the B.R.B. gave me the idea to make this. I decided to base it off of R.E.M.'s 1994 album Monster because I'm not exactly the most skilled artist out there, so the relatively minimalist album art for Monster seemed like the most reasonably replicable within the limitations of my abilities.
