In the end of his tormentous playthrough, Joel has beaten the CBT Wizard in the nuts plenty of times, the wizard has lost all his magic that could've been used for evil.
On an extended and this-time-not-rushed note: I've started this art after Joel's playthrough of Where's Waldo (NES) ended, and I've gotten to upload it before the art stream ended.
