Vinny said his favorite fruit was "devil fruit". I assume he meant to say DRAGON fruit, but it inspired me to make a One Piece version of Vinny, since we got on the topic of anime.
He has the コーラコーラノーミ (cora cora no mi), or the "Corrupt Corrupt" fruit. It makes everything he touches work incorrectly and shuffles pieces of it into places they shouldn't belong.
(also, don't watch the One Piece anime, the comics are way better)
