This is a custom Team Fortress 2 model to be used for the popular mod game-mode known as Freak Fortress 2. The intended design was meant to be closer to Joel himself, but because I'm new to texture modding, it ended up just being a green scout decorated in Varg shrooms.
I know a few of the streamers used to play TF2 a while back, though I doubt any of them still do. For that reason, I apologize if this is off-topic or spam.
