the helmet outfit is a reference to full metal jacket, the puffy hat outfit is a reference to krokodil melting off a persons skin and revealing bones if they keep using it + slav squatting and the russian word for "good", and finally the ski mask outfit is alluding to him trying to rob scoots home with an axe? but scoot was nowhere to be found in todays stream, at least not in vinnys own town
