Hey, this is a little preview of a rom hack I've been doing on and off over a LOOONG time, it's basically street fighter 2 turbo with a whole bunch of vinesauce references from past streams.
(I mean, some are REALLY in the past, there's a reference to the Joel VS Bran netplay videos ffs)
Once this rom reaches a state I feel OK with showing, then I'll give a download link to google drive or MEGA or something.
