Tip of the day: IbisPaintX is free and allows you to make animations, which is how I did this. You have to pay to remove the watermark, though. Still worth it.
2nd tip of the day: Twitter won't let me isolate the URL for the GIF I uploaded and link directly to the file itself. Use Nuuls instead.
3rd tip of the day: Hey Joel, you know how you DESPISE Imgur? Yeah, everyone else does, too, but Moobot/Nightbot mention that the only whitelisted links are from YouTube and Imgur. Other whitelisted links it doesn't mention are Nuuls and I'm pretty sure the Booru. Just so you know, that's why a lot of chat links you things from Imgur when they want to show you an image or video.
