I think maybe Dio is the only one on the island to speak Japanese, hence why he's Cicada's closest buddy and why Bulk and her are stuck on "wanting to become friends"...
I love this headcanon actually and on top of that you made the sight of the island look so fresh?? like I feel like if I went here I'd never have bronchitis again, air's clean as a whistle
