we are unsure as to who this "Vinny" is, but if he is located, we will attempt to protect him as well as we can. it appears as though this creature has forcefully mutated itself. we are unsure as to whether this phenomenon can be explained with conventional science. if this being is located again, we may be forced to neutralize it.
