@tazie theyre twist up silky crayons! they have the same consistency of solid lipstick, they work very pigmented this way :]] theyre also surprisingly cheap, 1-2 dollars a pack, i got the glitter and neon set
sadly the ones i have are unbranded and can only be found at one store but im p sure you can find similar crayons to them. theyre marked "Silky Crayons - Craft Universe" and you can find many similar crayons when you search it up. hope that helps!!
