Hey--Vinesauce, Ecki_Tronkowksi (changed name again) here! I've probably absolutely missed the 1K Art Section, but I'm still posting this in celebration. I hope you enjoy the absolute, galactic, colossal magnitude of how powerful your streams are to me, as well as the rest of the Vinesauce Team. I'm not even subbed to any of you guys (no need, Chat, but thanks) despite watching for countless years, and yet I feel like I've developed, and I've grown, and now I can be a fun guy (haha mushroom joke ha) when I'm in the chat, and you guys make me feel at home, even when home itself doesn't and when really the only three people I connect with are my brother, best friend, and girlfriend, it's good to at least pretend I have more. <3
Now my cringy rant is over, you can go back to enjoying post-Minecraft stream sleep now in your light-up bed with your gamer fuel :)
OK but seriously though, I might still be what I consider an absolute noob if it weren't for you guys. You helped me understand and care about Final Fantasy VII and Metal Gear as a whole, and you and Joel actively just send my brain to EarthBound and even convinced me to buy it since your 2016-17 streams of it (I showed up for some of the first one!) and as soon as I defeat Giga Gas I'm jumping directly into MOTHER 3, also something you helped me love as well. I feel like an intellectual after watching your stuff.
And then Red Vox, there's some music in there that I could be super WOAH DUDE about but then even if people think it's not that exciting I love it, personally. The first song I listened to was Stranded, from Another Light. I don't know what I expected from the song, but it wasn't a whole experience that came to mind. What I got, however...experience sounds a bit small now. I've dreamed sometimes of being launched in a stasis capsule into space, towards another world, and if I had Stranded on loop while sleeping for 1000 years to a new home, I'd be alright with that. As I type that, "When I was young I dreamed I'd fly. I wish I had the nerve to try." My skin feels cold near my spinal cord now.
Literally everything you do, it's good. You may label it as trash sometimes, but if I'm being honest if trash were as good as your streams I'd probably be a trash-eating goblin and not...ok well I'd be a trash-eating goblin in different context I suppose.
Thank you, Vinny, and please, please continue all of this. As much as it's slightly odd to believe it, you are a part of online culture. Sure, we've got art culture with Picasso and Van Gogh, but internet culture grows with every multiple hour-long 'painting' done by Vin Saus. You'd make freaking Bob Ross proud.
