context: Half-blood is a racist term in the elementals universe. In that universe, Joel is a half-blood (mix between an elemental and non) His mother was an elementals while his dad was a demon which is also why he has horns and a blue tongue. The name half-blood has followed him for his whole life (at least in the book I'm writing with Vinesauce involved ) so that's why this is a thing thanks for understanding.
